My Thoughts
I have personally not given this program the attention that it deserves. I purchased it upon launch back in 2012 and have followed one cycle at Level 1.
I regard this as one of the strongest programs within the Tacfit fleet. The manual is amazing and really explains the science and resulting theory behind Scott Sonnon’s Tacfit program design. I have read the manual about 5 times now and still get more from it each read.
The program is bodyweight only (with a pull up bar required for 4 of the exercises). The mobility drills are excellent and the compensation flows are well designed and easy to emulate because of Scott Sonnon’s instruction and coaching cues.
Although I have not worked through the entire program I know many of the movements from my Tacfit journey and would highly recommend this program. I believe it to be one of the best bodyweight programs in the market. Intelligent, result-producing, interesting and fun.
My Data
Level 1 for 1 cycle. I undertook this training between Tacfit26 Level 1 and 2 to give my body a reprieve from resisted equipment and explore the bodyweight side of Tacfit more. It was a great decision. My Tacfit26 work translated across very nicely.
