BAD45 - Hormonal Optimization

Will spend time recovering from BAD45. At this is stage I have no specific plan of action so will just do a combo of mobility training, compensation release poses and 6D Flows. I'm kinda cool with going with the 'flow' for the next few days until I develop a clear picture of how to move forward with training. Many ideas floating within the gray matter!
